Austin Griffin is approaching 30 years of experience designing and delivering various procurement and supply chain solutions across global electronics market sectors, including Wireless Infrastructure, Healthcare, Consumer, Energy, Automotive, Defense/Aero, Server Cloud Storage, Communications, Smart Home and Mobility.
Prior to Venndove, Austin Griffin spent 27 years in the technology sector servicing global regions representing Semiconductor OEMs, High Tech EMS and Technology Distribution companies. The scope of Austin’s roles have included managing teams responsible for the full product life cycle, ranging from Demand Creation to Demand Fulfillment solutions maximizing efficiency of the hardware and the supply chain of the hardware. Over the past 10 years Austin has focused mainly on delivering large engineering, procurement and supply chain programs to Fortune 200 clients. In 2024 Austin has focused on Generative Ai projects in procurement.
Austin spent several years on the Board of Directors of a early stage Venture Capital firm investing in Florida tech companies.
Austin holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree with Honors in Business Administration, with graduate certificates; Leading the Customer Driven Organization and Advanced Financial Institutes and Markets. -

Elizabeth Santana
VP, Global Indirect Procurement
Elizabeth Santana is Venndove’s vice president of global indirect procurement, leading the company’s Source to Pay strategy. She has over 20 years of practitioner and leadership experience in procurement roles across direct and indirect commodities, delivery of enterprise solutions, and strategic planning.
Elizabeth led the digital transformation of Venndove’s procurement processes, enabling an organization with more than 130 sites in 30 countries — including some of the world’s most challenging jurisdictions — to manage $6 billion in annual spend using Coupa. She also leads a global shared services organization focused on application optimization, supplier and catalog enablement, electronic invoice automation, supplier rationalization and tail spend management. Elizabeth and her team are now expanding Venndove’s S2P strategy by offering the provision of implementation and practitioner consulting services to new and existing S2P customers at varying staging posts in their S2P journeys.
Elizabeth is a frequent speaker at supply chain and procurement conferences, including ProcureCon Indirect East, the Americas Procurement Congress, Coupa Inspire Americas & EMEA, and Procurement & Supply Chain Live NY. She has also been interviewed by or contributed insights to a number of leading supply chain publications, including Procurement magazine, Inbound Logistics, and Manufacturing Digital and recently won Supply & Demand Chain Executive's 2023 Women in Supply Chain award. Elizabeth earned an MBA in IT from the University of Tampa, a BA in supply chain management from Western Michigan University and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. -

At Venndove, he leads the Procurement & Supply Chain Services Business Unit, focusing on helping clients achieve operational excellence through custom solutions.
His expertise extends to setting up large scale supply chain & procurement operations globally with focus on delivering continuous improvement.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is passionate about building innovative, high-performing teams. -

He is responsible for helping clients drive value across their supply chain and procurement organization.
Prior to Venndove, Douglas spent 30 years in start-up, high growth, and Fortune 500 organizations, driving critical value, strategic change, and enterprise value. His experience extends to Start-Up Investment, M&A, Divestures, JV’s and Strategic Exits.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. -

Sanam Abid leverages more than 20 years of experience in logistics primarily specializing in Ocean, Air, Road, domestic Execution. Her experience comes from working with industry leaders such as Maersk and DHL across various portfolios and in many countries. Sanam’s expertise includes solution delivery and consulting for logistics program management for various top brands in many industry verticals.
Sanam’s interests and work profile includes change management, assessment & implementation of supply chain digital transformation with business process transformation. In 2023, Sanam Anand was recognized and included in America’s Who’s Who as a woman leader in Supply Chain Management.
In Venndove, she heads the global logistics services business providing consulting, implementation and program management for Venndove’s customers. Sanam holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and Industry Certifications in Liner Trade, Logistics, TMS and Lean Six Sigma. -

Yaroslav Dovbush is the Director of Global Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Venndove, bringing over 13 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain strategy. As a leader in Venndove’s Procurement as a Service offering, Yaroslav drives operational excellence and business growth through strategic development and competitive positioning.
Yaroslav oversees a global team of over 100 supply chain experts, focusing on customer engagement and tailored solutions that meet client-specific needs. He emphasizes building strong, collaborative relationships that foster mutual success and position Venndove as a valued partner in supply chain innovation.
Progressing from Buyer to Director, Yaroslav has consistently developed and implemented procurement strategies that align with both internal goals and evolving market demands. His leadership style centers on cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement, advancing Venndove’s supply chain as a core contributor to value creation.
Yaroslav holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Business Relations from Uzhhorod National University and is Bronze Lean Six Sigma certified in manufacturing and supply chain. -

Nico Brandt leads an enterprise-wide organization located in the Americas, Europe and Asia that is responsible for Venndove’s Indirect Procurement investments for Capital Equipment, MRO and Infrastructure. Nico’s team delivers value through the execution of global category strategies, and through regional support for tactical investments, focusing on key supplier and stakeholder relationship development and overall TCO. Nico joined Venndove’s Indirect Procurement Organization in 2015 and has lived and held leadership roles in Asia and the U.S. over the course of his career.

Rodney Culhane brings over a decade of experience in political strategy, governance, and market intelligence. He has held pivotal roles in both the Scottish and UK Parliaments, beginning as a researcher and advancing to Chief of Staff. From 2017 to 2022, Rodney also served as an elected councilor, where he was appointed policy head and spokesperson for one of Scotland’s largest social housing providers.
For the past 2.5 years, Rodney has led Venndove’s market intelligence team, successfully expanding the customer base and product range to drive substantial growth. His work combines insights from his political background with a deep understanding of strategic market positioning.
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Rodney balances his professional life with a passion for rugby, CrossFit, and time with his young family. -

As the Regional Director overseeing the Procurement & Supply Services Business at Venndove for the APAC and Middle East regions, Manav spearheads strategic and digital transformation initiatives with an exclusive emphasis on driving business development and ensuring customer success. Manav Sinha boasts 11 years of impactful contributions within the Procurement & Supply Chain Space.
Throughout his career, spanning over 25 years, Manav has demonstrated expertise in Business Development & Expansion, navigating various sectors such as procurement, business intelligence, consulting, BPO/ITES, and retail. Over the last 15 years, he has dedicated his focus to global enterprise software and services sales, successfully navigating markets in North America, EMEA, and APAC, collaborating with prestigious Fortune 500 companies and Government Linked Entities.
Manav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a PGDM for Business Administration with specialized focus on International Marketing & Sales. -

Isabella Conti is joining Venndove as a Senior Solutions Innovation Manager, where she leverages her extensive experience in procurement, operations, and project management to drive innovative solutions. With a solid background in global procurement, Elizabeth previously served as a Procurement Operations Manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment for three years, where she solely owned multiple high-level projects, including establishing an end-to-end strategic partnership between SPE and Amazon Business from the ground up.
Isabella also served as President of VETS@SPE, an Employee Business Resource Group dedicated to bridging the gap between the entertainment industry and veterans transitioning from military service. She was responsible for creating the first-ever veteran internship and fellowship program in the history of Sony Pictures.
Before her tenure at Sony, Isabella honed her skills at ViacomCBS in Post-Production Sourcing. Her journey in procurement is complemented by her service in the United States Marine Corps, where she spent five years as a Sergeant stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
In her free time, Isabella is passionate about the outdoors. -

Grant leads Venndove’s Business Development in Europe for Procurement and Supply Chain Services. He has over 30 years of industry and consulting experience in all areas of outsourcing, and transforming Client operations in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance. He previously ran IBM’s European BPO practice and European Procurement and Supply Chain Practice.
Grant’s background was originally in Procurement and Supply Chain in the Energy and Food industries before moving into global consulting roles with EY and Accenture, then moving to IBM in 2005.
He has worked in a range of Industries and clients complex Transformation programmes centred around Outsourcing, ERP deployments and Change programmes.
Grant lives in Lancashire, England, and when not working is busy umpiring Cricket matches. -

Michele has over 25 years of experience in strategy formation, marketing, and business development across both consumer and Industrial markets. Prior to joining Venndove, Michele was with Emerson where she led the Product Management and Marketing team within the Tools and Home Products division. Her responsibilities included full product lifecycle management along with marketing, communications, and PR. Michele also has experience in market development strategies while at Aptargroup, where she owned both the Personal Care and Home Care end markets, globally. Throughout her career, Michele has created and implemented growth strategies across various end markets by working collaboratively across the organization. She has both a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

David Romano brings 15+ years of expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement, consistently driving EBITDA improvements through sustainable, transformative procurement strategies across diverse industries, including private equity, telecommunications, sports & entertainment, industrial, aerospace, higher education, and life sciences.
Among other accomplishments prior to joining Venndove, David successfully established the procurement practice for CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, focusing on delivering procurement-driven value creation to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
David holds an MBA from Kettering University School of Management, a BBA from Temple University, and a Supply Chain Certification from Villanova University.
